| Firm Administrator - Small but expanding North Scottsdale law firm specializing in large loss fire litigation (subrogation) and insurance defense work, has an immediate opening for an experienced office/firm administrator. We currently have ten attorneys at our Scottsdale location and one attorney at our satellite office in Nevada. The ideal candidate will have considerable IT experience with a working knowledge of software/hardware and a minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative position. Job duties include: managing personnel, maintaining firm and employee insurance, firm marketing, in-house oversight of IT, communicating and working with outside vendors, accepting/depositing checks, and overseeing end of month billing procedures.
