| Jackson Lewis is a nationwide law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. With 46 offices and approximately 650 attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking an Office Administrator for the Phoenix office who will also support our Las Vegas office. We seek an experienced individual who will report to the Managing Partners of each office and be responsible for the overall administrative operations of the offices. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Managing Partner and office attorneys to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Work collaboratively with staff from other offices who oversee Billing, IT, Facilities planning, HR and Information Services.
- Support all Firm policies and procedures
- Administer Human Resources responsibilities
- Monitor facilities' maintenance
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Educational Requirements: - Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 8-10 years of law firm administration and/or management experience
- Direct supervisory responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Innovative and creative in approaching the administrative office functions
- Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task
