2010 Vendor Partnering Program:
The Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators ("ALA") is please to present the 2009 Business Partnering Program ("BPP"). The BPP is designed to enhance the relationship between our members, the Valley's law firms, and our vendors. Each year our Chapter strives to create new and innovative ways to give our members educational tools and other information they need in order to work more efficiently, productively and cost effectively. To that end, we rely on our vendors to provide us with a revenue stream that enables us to hire speakers, prepare materials, and hold seminars and forums. You are our greatest ally and biggest resource toward funding those educational sessions. We appreciate your participation in our annual Vendor Show and your efforts to support the Valley of the Sun Chapter of ALA throughout the year. We want to continue to learn more about the products you provide and provide you with an opportunity to learn more about how our firms operate, what equipment, products and supplies we requires.
Finding ways to communicate this information is essential to building an important partnership with one another. We established the BPP in 2005 in order to facilitate more face-to-face contact between vendors and our Chapter's members. We are opening doors that have been otherwise closed to Vendors in the past and will allow vendors better access to the decision makers in our firms. Other ALA Chapters have founded similar programs and report great success for both their Chapters and the vendors. We think you will find this program to be financially viable and the benefits to you to be extraordinary.
Click here for the 2010 BPP Brochure outlining the various opportunities our Vendors will have to network with the Valley of the Sun Chapter of ALA. Again this year we are offering four levels of "partnering" that include advertisement and personal interacting with the Valley of the Sun Chapter of ALA. There is also the opportunity to purchase "A'La Cart" Advertising. The brochure lists the value of the advertising if purchased separately, and what the reduced cost will be for purchasing a package.
Keeping your 2010 advertising budget firmly in mind, please review the material. We look forward to hearing from you and establishing a partnership that will benefit us all.
